Connect Company Data Guys to HubSpot
Install the production Company Data Guys app from the HubSpot Marketplace and approve the OAuth scopes.

§ 01Before you approve access
Confirm the app you are approving
The HubSpot approval screen must say Company Data Guys. Only a HubSpot admin can complete the OAuth install.
§ 02Requested HubSpot scopes
- oauth
- Complete OAuth and refresh access tokens.
- crm.objects.companies.read
- Read the company record being enriched.
- crm.objects.companies.write
- Write the Company Data Guys employee count property to the same company record.
- crm.schemas.companies.read
- Inspect company property definitions, including any LinkedIn company URL or handle field already on the record.
- crm.schemas.companies.write
- Create the Company Data Guys employee count property if it is missing.

§ 03After install
- 01In HubSpot, go to Companies and open a company record.
- 02If the Company Data Guys card is not visible, click Customize at the top of the middle cards area, choose Default view, click the plus button, open the Card library tab, search for Company Data Guys, click Add card, then click Save and exit.
- 03Confirm the company record has a domain or company name the app can match. If you already have an accurate LinkedIn company URL, add it on the record; the app uses it directly when it is available. Otherwise the app resolves the right company profile from the domain or name.
- 04Click Pull latest company info and confirm the card reports a successful refresh.
You're done
The card shows the result status, portal ID, and refreshed timestamp on success. The employee count value is written to
company_data_guys_linkedin_employee_count.
